Position Description: |
| VoSKY is looking for an enthusiastic and results driven individual to work with our Sales Support Team. This position will be a combination of sales, support and customer service and will be an early or late start shift working Monday-Friday. |
Responsibilities: |
The purpose of this position is to assist customers with sales oriented functions in a call center environment primarily via email and Chat/IM. The Sales Support Representative makes technical recommendations based on the needs of the customer and encourages customers to submit their purchase through our website by walking them through the buying process. Duties include but are not limited to:

- Helping customers navigate the web site.
- Educating customers on VoSKY and Skype features, finding a solution to fit their needs, and how VoSKY can benefit them.
- Meet additional standards established by Call Center Management.
- Interact via phone, web, live chat and other communication channels to address the needs of consumers.
- Remain current on products and processes in a multi-product environment.
- Assist individuals and business contacts to understand their telecommunication needs, and match them with the right products & services available to them by VoSKY.

| Qualifications: |
- Will typically possess 1-2 years telecommunication industry experience or a track record of exceeding sales and performance goals in a previous sales capacity.
- Excellent oral & written communications.
- Excellent computer software skills, i.e. Word, Excel, Project and Internet skills.
- Intermediate typing skills minimum.
- Prefer BA/BS in Business, Marketing or related field of study. High School Diploma required.
- Internet/e-commerce background preferred.
- Call center experience preferred.
- Must be flexible to work early or late start shifts.
- We are looking for people to work from our branch office - located in Colorado Springs, CO.
