Standard Warranty

VoSKY SSG gateways come with a 1 year limited manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer's limited warranty only covers DOA (Dead on Arrival), manufacturing defects, parts and labor within a 12 months period from date of purchase. Under the limited manufacturer's warranty, customers must ship back malfunctioned or failed equipment to VoSKY for repair. Advanced replacement is not available under the standard warranty.

Extended Warranty

VoSKY offers a 1 year extended warranty program which covers parts and labor for an additional 12 months for a total of 2 years from date of purchase. Under the VoSKY SSG extended warranty program, in the event that the equipment malfunctions or fails as a result of manufacturing defects or component failure, VoSKY will cross ship a replacement unit to the customer. Advance replacement is only available for customers who purchased the VoSKY SSG Extended Warranty. The VoSKY SSG Extended Warranty must be purchased at the point of sale of the SSG gateway.
