Why does Exchange 9140/9180 create 4/8 Windows user accounts during the installation?

Single Desktop enables you to manage 4/8 Skype accounts on one desktop. Each Windows user account corresponds to a Skype account and a port of Exchange 9140/9180. Manually deleting any Windows user account will cause Exchange 9140/9180 to not work properly.
