VPP Program Objective
The objective for the VoSKY Premier Partner program is to establish a mutually beneficial and profitable partnership with certified resellers to capitalize on the growing Skype® for business opportunity. VoSKY is committed to providing effective marketing, sales, and support assistance for certified VoSKY Premier Partners.

Why Become a Certified Reseller?
VoSKY is looking for reseller partners who can capitalize on our Skype-certified business solutions to:

  • Differentiate your company from the competition with the industry’s 1st Skype-certified PBX-to-Skype gateways.

  • Increase your profitability from existing PBX/KTS customers.

  • Expand your customer base by increasing service offerings to include VoSKY-Skype certified solutions.

  • Generate incremental revenues on VoSKY solutions, server hardware, service, and installation fees.

    VoSKY is 100% committed to the reseller channel model. We view our channel partners as an extension of our team. We will provide our certified resellers with extensive sales and technical support, as well as marketing tools to ensure market success. The VoSKY Certified Reseller Program offers our certified resellers the following key benefits:

    1. Dedicated Account Manager/FAE
    VoSKY will assign a dedicated account manager and field application engineer for our reseller partners to provide sales and technical support.

    2. Sales/Technical Training
    VoSKY will conduct onsite, online sales and technical training sessions to educate our partners on the Skype market and our VoSKY-Skype Certified solutions. This includes technical training on how to set up, configure, and support our solutions.

    3. Sales/Marketing Tools
    To assist our partners with the sales/marketing process, VoSKY will provide marketing collateral and tools, including presentations, datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, ROI tools, and proposal generators. All necessary information will be accessible on our VoSKY Certified Reseller website.

    4. Market Awareness and Lead Generation
    VoSKY will invest in marketing/advertising campaigns to generate awareness and mindshare for our VoSKY-Skype Certified solutions. In addition, our Inside Sales team will generate sales leads that will be passed on to our reseller partners.

    5. Technical Support
    With extensive experience in supporting some of the world’s largest carriers, VoSKY prides itself in providing superior technical support to our customers and partners. VoSKY will train and prepare our reseller partners for frontline customer support. In addition, we will provide our reseller partners with tier 2 level support, which includes troubleshooting and fixing technical issues identified in our solutions.

    6. Special Certified Reseller Pricing
    VoSKY will provide our certified resellers with special discounts, which offer healthy margins on our products.

    7. Participation in Beta Program
    Certified resellers can also participate in our Beta program, which allows them to test new software versions and products before they are generally available to the public.

    Certified Reseller Program Requirements
    Ideal VoSKY reseller partners are those who currently sell, install, and support telecom and networking products to small-to-medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The following are key criteria when evaluating a potential VoSKY VoSKY Certified reseller partner:
    • Application submittal
    • VAR agreement submittal
    • Sales and technical training commitment
    • Action plan for marketing and supporting VoSKY solutions
