VoSKY simplifies the deployment of Skype for the business environment with its turn-key VoSKY Exchange Pro VIO8 PBX-to-Skype gateway to enable businesses of all sizes to enhance communications and reduce telecom costs via Skype. The VoSKY Exchange Pro VIO8 is a stand alone, rack-mountable FXO PBX gateway that does not require a PC. This plug & play appliance seamlessly integrates with any existing TDMor IP PBX through the analog station ports to add up to 8 lines to Skype.Multiple Exchange Pro gateways in different office locations can be interconnected together to enable free calls between colleagues.Calls to other Skype users are free, while calls to non-Skype users are charged at low-cost SkypeOut rates.
With its seamless installation (abVoSKY trademark), the VIO8 allows anyone in the office to access a Skype line in record time. Simply pick up the phone and press a preset number, and the VIO8 finds an open Skype line. All of this is done through the usual office phone handsets, since VIO8 routes the calls through the office PBX.

Global phonebooks, which allow businesses with multiple locations to create a global numbering plan. This feature unifies the dialing plans of the different office locations together. Inter-office communication no longer requires an employee to dial the full office number and an extension to reach a co-worker. Instead, calls between offices can now be easily made by using the global extension.
Remote user access, enabling employees who are out of the office to make Skype calls over the company’s VoSKY Exchange system by dialing the main company number and an access code from any landline or mobile phone.
Line-side (FXO) connectivity, which allows seamless connections to the analog station ports on the PBX.This simplifies installation even more because it is more common for a PBX to have open station ports than open trunk ports, and it also cuts costs if all ports are in use by allowing the addition of line cards instead of more expensive trunk cards.
Global call transfers over the Skype, enabling anyone in the company to transfer incoming landline calls to any phone number or Skype ID, inside or outside the corporate office. Calls can be transferred at no cost to employees in other offices equipped with VoSKY Exchange or their own Skype accounts, and to employees’ mobile or landline phone at SkypeOut rates.
