Yes, there are two varieties of the Skype VoSKY Exchange. The 9040 and the 9140. The main difference is the way it connects to your PBX.
9040 connects to your PBX using the analogue trunk ports (FXO)
9140 connects to your PBX through the analogue extension ports (FXS)
