At last you can answer and then transfer any incoming landline call to any Skype ID with the Skype VoSKY Exchange. Alternatively you can answer an incoming Skype call and then transfer the call to another Skype ID.
After answering the incoming landline or Skype call your receptionist can transfer that call to a pre defined Skype ID. This is ideal for a mobile workforce who may have Skype enabled WiFi Phones. The call can be introduced and then connected in the same way as you would to an extension.
The same applies to any user on your phone system and any phone within that system. So you can answer, transfer, introduce and choose to accept or reject an incoming Skype call like you would any other type of call. Your staff will be able to use Skype calls in the same way as landline or mobile calls.
